Kursen behandlar allmän avtalsrätt såsom regler och principer för slutande av avtal, avtals ogiltighet och fastställande av avtalsinnehåll. Tyngdpunkten i kursen ligger dock på den speciella avtalsrätten. Därvid behandlas bland annat köprätt, entreprenadrätt, tjänsteavtal, arbetsrättsliga avtal, uppdragsavtal, transportavtal, hyresavtal och immaterialrättsliga avtal. Vidare behandlas regler kring offentlig upphandling. EU-rättsliga aspekter beaktas i kursen. Kursen behandlar också internationell avtalsrätt samt översiktligt amerikansk och brittisk avtalsrätt. Övrigt:Kursen vänder sig till studerande på ett juristprogram. The course gives advanced knowledge of contract law. The course includes general topics of contract law such as rules and principles for the conclusion of contract, invalidity of contract, and determination of content of contract. The focus in the course is, however, on applied contract law. Therefore, it treats, for example, contract of sale, contract of construction, contract of service, contract of labour, contract of assignment, contract of transport, tenancy agreement, and intellectual property agreement. Furthermore, it treats rules on public procurement. EU law aspects will be taken into consideration in the course. The course also includes international contract law and, briefly, even US and UK contract law.
