Under kursen ställs studenterna inför verkliga, praktiska problem i en organisation som de förväntas att lösa genom att tillämpa kunskaper och färdigheter som förvärvats i tidigare kurser i programmet. Studenterna förväntas också att kunna hitta annan lämplig kunskap och tillämpa detta om situationen kräver detta. Under kursen kommer studenter planera ett projekt för att lösa problemet, genomföra projektet enligt planen och slutligen utvärdera projektet utifrån givna kriterier. Kursen är baserad på grupparbete i samarbete med externa partners. In order to manage information security it is crucial to be able to handle complex problems in a wide range of application areas. During the course, students are faced with real, practical problems in an organization that they are expected to solve by applying the knowledge and skills acquired in previous courses in the program. Students are also expected to be able to find other appropriate knowledge and apply it if the situation requires this. During the course, students will plan a project to solve the problem, implement the project according to the plan and finally evaluate the project based on given criteria.
