Relevanta konstitutionella frågor, såsom skyddet av grundläggande rättigheter, EU-rättens överhöghet och dess gränser, rättsstatsmekanismen och förhållandet mellan EU och Europakonventionen kommer att studeras noggrant. Kursen vänder sig till studerande på ett juristprogram. Within this course, a clear emphasis will be put on the relationship between EU law and the Member States constitutional systems. Relevant constitutional questions, such as the protection of fundamental rights, the supremacy of EU law and its limits, the rule of law mechanism, and the relationship between the EU and the ECHR will be carefully studied.
