Kursen innehåller programmering (R, programmering statistiska analyser) för att tillämpas med olika metoder (endimensionella och multivariata) för biomarköranalys. 
Resultaten kommer att analyseras med hjälp av information från olika molekylärbiologiska databaser. Flera statistiska begrepp liksom statistisk testning, multipel testning samt andra koncept av statistisk analys kommer att presenteras.</string>

The course includes programming (R, programming statistical analyses) for use with different methods (one-dimensional and multivariate) for biomarker analysis. 
The results will be analyzed using information from different molecular biology databases. Several statistical concepts such as statistical testing, multiple testing and other concepts of statistical analysis will be presented.</string>
